2018 Volunteer Hall of Fame: Rosa Esparza

Greeley, Weld County Public Health Department

Since 2015, Rosa has changed families’ lives as a Class Assistant and Nutrition Educator for 15 courses, and 10 tours serving 796 families total. Rosa achieved Hall of Fame status in 2017.

“I stared getting involved with Cooking Matters when I was in College. We had a presentation about Cooking Matters and they invited us to volunteer. They gave us the information then I contact Olga Gonzalez . I learn a lot of new skills that help me as a student and person.”
