   DANA HALL

Attorney and full-time mother of twin toddlers

A dedicated member of the Share Our Strength Colorado Leadership Council since 2016.

Food is...” A Basic Right”

Access to nutritious food is a foundational issue for Dana, as she has witnessed far too often the devastating consequences of poverty and hunger at many levels. Serving on the Share Our Strength Colorado Leadership Council affords Dana the opportunity to help level the playing field for all children in Colorado. Recognized in 2015 as a Cooking Matters Hall of Fame volunteer, Dana has contributed her teaching and nutrition knowledge by volunteering for more than fifteen courses. She is currently serving as the Chair of the Program and Volunteer Committee.

Dana received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Colorado College and her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Denver. Dana’s passion lies in working with and for underserved communities. For fourteen years, Dana served as a public interest lawyer, specializing in indigent criminal defense and plaintiff's civil rights litigation.

Dana is energized by spending time with her husband, Matt, as they chase their toddlers and enjoy hiking, biking and camping throughout Colorado. An avid gardener and photographer, Dana also enjoys cooking her specialty culinary dish - a garden vegetable pie made with her favorite ingredients of fresh pastry and veggies from the garden - a beautiful, delicious dish.
