“Food is...Connection”

Jennifer is a champion for people and thrives on the energy of like-minded individuals who believe a better world is possible by thinking big and taking action, together. Jennifer joined the Share Our Strength Leadership Council in 2016 and serves as co-chair of the Leadership Development committee.  Jennifer passionately invests her energy and time in the community, and is committed to the mission of Share Our Strength Colorado – to reduce food insecurity in a sustainable way by providing thousands of low-income families with nutrition and food skills education, allowing them to maximize their food resources to eat healthier, on a budget.

In 2007, Jennifer was amongst the first to join the 34 Degrees team.  Over many years, Jennifer has contributed to the growth and evolution of 34 Degrees, helping transition the business from specialty foods importing to manufacturing crackers in Colorado.  34° Crisps pair perfectly with cheese and are delicious all on their own, too.  Sweet and Savory flavors are available in grocery retailers throughout North America.  Jennifer provides leadership and strategic vision at 34 Degrees and oversees the areas of brand, marketing, people, culture, and community engagement.

Beyond her commitment to No Kid Hungry, Jennifer regularly volunteers with Food Bank of the Rockies and Project Angel Heart and formerly served for 5 years on the executive team of the board of directors for Naturally Boulder.  A Colorado native and graduate of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Jennifer enjoys life in Colorado both exploring the beautiful mountains and vibrant city of Denver as well as road biking and dining out!
